Energy - Plant Based Water Resistant Patches

I use one packet of this every morning to ward off chronic migraines, and carry a few in my purse at all times. It tastes a little more bitter than a sweet tart, but I like it. I love supplement patches, but they can get really expensive. I was so happy to see this brand at a much more affordable price point! The patch adhered easily, stayed put even when I ran my wrist under a little water to test it, and removed painlessly from my wrist when I was done. The directions say you can place it on any relatively hair free part of the body, but also show the patch on the underside of the wrist and I have found that placement on the under side of the wrist works best for me as well. The Energy patch with 8 different types of vitamin B worked great for me. I felt a slight energy boost during my work day without any jittery side effects and didn't feel any crash after removing the patch at the end of the day. I also didn't notice any impact on my sleep schedule that night. I'm excited to continue using these patches and looking into the other varieties they offer as well. I would definitely recommend these to anyone that needs a little boost throughout their day!
